Proposed Impact Fees in Parker, FL
The City of Parker is considering Ordinance No. 2025-425, which would establish new development impact fees. Two public workshops are scheduled for Thursday, May 8 and Thursday, May 15, both at 5:30 PM at the Parker City Hall (1001 W. Park Street).
We strongly encourage BBIA members and anyone who lives, works, or builds in Parker to attend and share feedback. If you’re unable to join in person, please email Parker’s Mayor and Commissioners to make your voice heard.
