The Bay Building Industries Association (BBIA) is excited to announce the construction of another stunning Scholarship Home for 2025!

We’re thrilled to announce that the 2025 BBIA Scholarship Home is officially underway! This year, the home is in the talented hands of Brian Knox with Coastal Classic Homes of FL, located at 1709 White Western Lake Lane in Southport, FL.

Stay tuned as we share updates on this incredible journey, building toward the 2025 Great American Parade of Homes! Every step brings us closer to supporting education and growth in our community.

The 2025 BBIA Scholarship Home will proudly lead the way as Stop #1 in the Great American Parade of Homes, June 6th - 8th, 2025..

In previous years, our endeavors have enabled us to award $162,000 in scholarships to 187 recipients, thanks to the generosity of our members, vendors, and supporters who provide discounts, donations, and labor to complete these homes.
